Vogeltown Petrol Station are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Senior Retail Assistant is responsible for ensuring the store is presented in an appealing manner at all times thereby encouraging customers to make purchases. They are also responsible for handling all customer enquiries/complaints and using their product knowledge and customer service skills to make sales and encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will be expected to demonstrate: -Experience in Customer Service -Excellent customer service and selling skills -Good interpersonal and communication skills -Numerical abilities and cutting accuracy -Up selling and add on selling skills -Point of Sale systems experience -Ability to work alone and as part of a team -Minimum Level 1 Qualification -Minimum 6 Months Work Experience -Pass MOJ checks -Pass pre employment drug test

- Availability to work weekends Saturday & Sunday and evening shifts (3pm - 10pm). (32 hours per week)
