A well-know and stable Company in retail is looking for Full time and Part time Sales and Service Assistant superstars and for Christmas casual jobs for Waitakere and Westgate and across Auckland . You will have a high level of personalised customer assistance, this is a key role that is all about providing our customers with friendly, helpful service. You'll provide a great customer shopping experience by welcoming customers to our store, assisting with general enquiries etc. If you are passionate about customer service, are committed, reliable, honest and have a can-do attitude. Customer service experience preferred; however full training will be provided to the right candidates. You must be able to commit to rosters as required for the store which may include weekends. Job Requirements
Must have excellent customer service, bubbly, has positive attitude, reliable and trustworthy. For full time roles you will need to have: • 3- 4 years retail experience in a personalised service and selling role • Previous in-store styling/personal shopping experience • Experience setting up promotions and implementing new season adjacency plans • A good understanding of merchandising principles For Part time and Christmas jobs previous Experience in similar role is preferred but not essential, full training is provided. Must pass police check and be drug free
