SURVEY TECHNICIAN

We’re currently looking for a ‘New Zealand experienced’ Land Surveyor to join our friendly East Auckland team and expand our capacity to meet current workloads.

The Company: Serving the greater Auckland region from our Botany office, Stewart Surveying has a strong reputation for delivering results to our clients for nearly 10 years. We use Leica robotic total stations and integrated GNSS, with 12d software.

The applicant: • Commitment to accuracy and efficiency. • Must have a minimum of 5 years New Zealand surveying experience. • Knowledge of the Land Transfer system and Cadastral guidelines. • Experience with 12d software, Landonline, modern surveying instruments and GNSS. • Works well in a team environment, and can also work autonomously.

The role: • All office and field work for Land Transfer Surveys, from 2 – 100 Lots. • Drainage setouts and asbuilts, from initial calculations to final plans. • Building setouts, Height in relation to boundary and Building Consent compliance work. • Topographic Surveys. • Construction setout work: roading, earthworks, infrastructure, volumes
