Assistant Manager

• Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and drive a customer service culture across the store. • Checking and maintaining records of stock level and be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs • Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast-food environment. • Promoting and advertising the outlet goods and services in consultation with the Store Manager. • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulation. • Assist the Store Manager to interview, hire, train, evaluate, dismiss and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances. • Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties • Ensure the standards of food comply with legal requirement. • Ensure area of the store is tidy and clean all the time. • May perform occasional delivery work in absence of delivery drivers to ensure customers receive prompt service
