Food & Beverage Supervisor

Daily duties and tasks is as follows: •Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and room service as well as conference and events •Lead and motivate the team •Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and food quality are maintained and Food Control plans are adhered to •Assist in training and developing of team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and drinks knowledge and customer interaction •Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience •Support the Food & Beverage Manager in inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control and stock ordering •Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction and gathering their feedback •Handling cash and payments accurately and completing cash up at end of shift

•Previous experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage industry in a Restaurant environment min 6 months •Strong leadership and team management skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities •A passion for delivering exceptional service and guest experiences •Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays •Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards •As the role covers the service and supply of alcohol we are seeking an individual with a current LCQ and Managers licence •Barista experience as well as bar and cocktail making experience and knowledge •5 dining service experience dealing with Al carte service Must pass a MOJ check
