Purpose To set up and maintain the office and all systems for stock, accounts and day to day management of the Woodlink Office and site. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Stock Management: Record daily production movements. Stock Control. Stock take. Accounts Administration: Administer accounts@woodlink.co.nz email. Enter Woodlink sales and invoices. Code and enter all creditor invoices, expenses and credit cards. Ensure all products on supplier purchase orders match to invoices investigate and resolve issues. General Site Administration: Keep all health and safety files up to date. Keep standard operating procedures up to date. Take health and safety minutes. Site planning and Logistics: Daily Scheduling. Inward and outward dispatch recording. Dispatch coordination of outgoing trucks. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES Be punctual and work the hours and times specified. Prioritize workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard. Support and help develop a positive workplace culture. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills. Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels. Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description and all other duties as required by the business. Comply with all employment obligations. Promptly undertake to complete all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given. Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business best interests, During work time, and such other times as may be reasonably required, dedicate all effort to the execution and fulfilment of the duties, responsibilities, obligations and instructions related to employment. Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Health and Safety at work when undertaking work or observing others in the workplace.

Hands on approach to working both indoors and outdoors, Computer Literate, Team Player, Full current driver licence, Drug Free, Pass MOJ checks and tests, customer friendly.
