Assisting in ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction. Assist in organising and running the day to day operation of the business. Assist in staff recruitment, training, management and rostering in line with the business requirements. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability. Assist in developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays. Assist in managing records of cash and electronic transactions and generating reconciliation reports. Assist in managing stock levels. Checking and processing all inward and outward goods. Assist in maintaining the store operational standards. Receive customer reviews/feedback and ensure implementation of the corrective actions if any. Ensuring compliance with the health and safety rules and all the applicable business regulations.

Job Requirements

Should have at least one year of relevant experience or a relevant qualification specifically Retail Management Staff Management Financial reporting Merchandising Must be available for weekend work
