Plasterer, Exterior (Foreman)

We are looking for a motivated/experienced Exterior Plasterer to join our team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality finishes on a range of projects from architectural builds to light commercial developments. Foreman Quality and attention to detail are at the core of our values, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. You will have the ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised when required. You will need to have good timekeeping and be a team player, these skills/attributes are essential for this role. Tools are required, and safety gear will be provided. The employer is on the lookout for someone that will turn up to work on time with a positive can-do attitude. Foreman Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate exterior plastering projects, ensuring exceptional workmanship and adherence to project timelines. - Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of plasterers and apprentices, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. - Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of exterior plastering, from preparation to application and finishing. - Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. - Collaborate effectively with project managers and other trades to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience and qualification in exterior plastering. Full driving licence is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
