Supervise, recruit, train, and develop staff to meet service expectations. Assist with performance reviews and manage departmental expenses. Assist with staff rostering and budget management. Sell and promote hotel services effectively. Ensure rooms meet hotel standards through regular inspections. Ensure sufficient linen stocks. Stay informed on hotel events and guest requests, maintaining guest privacy. Resolve guest issues, escalating when necessary. Collaborate with teams and seek opportunities to enhance guest experiences. Report health, safety, and security hazards and accidents. Be familiar with company, hotel, and department health & safety procedures, policies, and emergency procedures. Identify and rectify hazards promptly. Promote safe work practices and investigate accidents to prevent recurrence. Train and enforce safety compliance. Maintain professionalism in all communications and keep teams informed. Attend meetings and share issues, ideas, and strategies.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 2 years experience as a House Keeping Supervisor. Liaising and communicating with other departments. Available for weekends. Must pass MOJ checks and have good references.
