A Wellington based pharmacy is looking for a Retail Manager to join their team!
In this role you will be: Daily Tasks Involved in the role: (please provide as much information as possible) Ensure that the retail function of the pharmacy meets its sales and profit targets through the effective management of retail staff and stock. Ensure that stock levels are maintained within budget and optimised appropriately. Able to liaise effectively with, and manage, a range of suppliers to achieve deals that support the financial goals of the business. Manage and coordinate retail staff Ensure that the retail function of the pharmacy adheres to the overall pharmacy operating policy with regard to quality standards (including health and safety, housekeeping, merchandising and customer services). Provide expert advice to customers, pharmacy users and other staff on over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and other retail stock. Provide advice and expertise to the pharmacy owner and pharmacists about retailing products and services provided by the pharmacy.

Job Requirements
● Have intermediate knowledge of email software, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
● Experience in retail, pharmacy preferred ● Stock management experience ● Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ● Effective time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities ● Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised and able to pass police check Note : CV and cover letter required
