About this job
General supervision of Orchard work. A supervisor also ensures the maintenance of company tools and equipment and overall, ensures the work, health and safety of all workers on site . Delegation of tasks to Orchard workers . Administrative duties, timesheet management, Conduct orchard inductions and tool box team meetings with workers and outline how tasks are to be carried out , Ensure online documentation induction forms are complete within the set time frame , Coordinate workers through day to day activities ,Ensure training documents and SOPs are complete within the set time frame. Monitor daily procedures to ensure that proper quality is maintained.Handle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner,Create and maintain positive working relationships with workers, Ensure periodic maintenance and proper storage of relevant equipment and tools, Comply with Health and Safety regulations Fulfill other duties as required by management.
Job Requirements
CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE MINIMUM 3 YEAR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE OR NZQA LEVEL 4 QUALIFICATION OR HIGHER QUALIFICATION OR BACHELORS DEGREE
