This is a role centred on responding to customer inquiries with efficiency and timeliness. By providing an outstanding experience for customers. The role includes booking jobs and liaising with the appropriate staff to get the job done. The role also involves administration tasks including input to our job costing system.

General Tasks:

Customer service both via phone and face to face Completing sales transactions via POS Delegating customer enquiries to the appropriate person when applicable Stock management and ordering Management and investigation into customer enquiries Assisting staff with parts enquiries to ensure jobs run smoothly

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience working in a customer-facing role An understanding of the Engineering industry would be advantageous A good understanding and experience with POS and processing transactions and inventory.
