HAREWOOD: This employer is currently looking for a highly skilled experienced Senior Office Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position and duties will include but not limited to Customer service, greeting, and assisting customers with their queries in a timely and professional manner face to face, via phone, webchat, or email as well as assisting to keep the showroom and sales area clean, tidy, and presentable. Entering of orders, quotes, invoices – cash sales, trade, and merchant sales into MYOB. notifying customers of order status. Organising freight for local and out of town deliveries, scheduling of truck driver(s) day including landscape supply deliveries, pallet deliveries, pickups / drop offs. Account administration including debtors and creditors, matching of packing slips and invoices, entering creditor accounts into MYOB, statement reconciliations and liaising with suppliers regarding incorrectly charged or supplied products. Weekly and Monthly stock take. The successful candidate will have effective oral and written communication skills and be a proficient user of computer-based systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and MOJ checks.
