A local company in Glenfield is looking for a full time Retail Manager. Duties includes: Overall management of store operation, monitor expenditure, promote sales, and maximize profit. • Estimate operation budget, to ensure the sales and profits goals are achieved. • Determine retail price, sales discount, and promotion, recommend the promotion plan and follow up the promotion activities, • Staff management, including selection, training, performance assessment, supervising the staff to provide the quality services to customers. • Decides the purchase and stock management, control the stock level; • Determine service standards, ensure store is operated at the standards required by both the business and the government Regulations. • Ensure customer satisfaction is met with the services and resolve all customer complaints in a manner that enhances the reputation of business. Job Requirements

Must hold a Manager’s Certificate for at least 3 years; • Excellent knowledge and skills in operating POS system. • Excellent knowledge in wine, whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, brandy, tequila and Martini, etc. Must pass police check and drug free

Rostered Shifts within business hours Fri&Sat 10:00-22:00, Sun&Mon 10:00-20:00, Tue-Thur 10:00-21:00 (30 hours per week)

$ 30 - $38, depending on expereince
