We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Accurately enter and update information in our databases and systems. Organize and maintain physical and digital files. Answer phone calls and emails, assisting customers with their inquiries. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence. Provide administrative support to the team as needed. Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience or hold relevant qualifications - Must be available for rostered shifts including night shifts and have weekend availability

Days of work
Monday to Sunday, rostered shifts between 9am to 7pm. (30 hours per week)
