Commercial Property Management – managing lease negotiation and administration, contracting and supervising property maintenance, retaining tenants and property financial management Residential Property Management – working with residential property management, agencies on tenancy agreement, contracting and supervising property maintenance and property financial management Database Management – maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, lease expiry dates, complaints, maintenance, etc. Property Analysis - provide analysis and reporting to support the financing, acquisition, marketing and leasing of properties Leading a team of 4-6 people providing direction, training and monitoring progress to ensure deliverables

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role Well-spoken and well-read, proficient in English – both written and verbal Knowledge of real estate industry and can demonstrate self initiative in learning any new rules that emerge in this sector Knowledge of Body Corporate, Building Compliance, Healthy Home, Building Insurance and Home Insurance Proficiency in Re-Leased, MRI Palace, MRI Strata
