Due to the growth in the business, and the need for an onsite office person to deal with day-to-day administration duties we are expanding our team. You will not be responsible for managing staff, you will be a key person in assisting scheduling work for staff, managing the incoming enquires and record keeping, therefore a mature attitude and the ability to work unsupervised is a must. Support will be provided by the Operations Manager and offsite Accounts Manager.

Duties will involve: Managing incoming emails and distributing quote requests. Gathering essential data for quoting job packs and then updating packs for the production team. Managing quotes to be completed in a timely manner. Being involved in scheduling workflow for production team, record keeping and calendar skills essential. Ensuring TMP designs and traffic management are completed and booked in time to ensure jobs can proceed when scheduled. Ensuring all H&S compliance documents are being completed by field staff. Setting up filing systems to ensure all compliance documents are being completed and kept. Maintaining registers for compliance, plant and machinery, safety training, tool-box minutes, hazards, incidents etc. Following up with clients regarding status of unaccepted quotes. General other office duties as required. The ideal applicant will be able to get along with all employees and able to have tricky conversations around productivity, and be able to work unsupervised and implement and devise improvements in systems and processes.

Job Requirements

1- Computer literate - with Microsoft Word/Excel and Google suites experience. 2- have at least 6 months of previous similar Office Admin experience 3- that experience is to be detailed on your CV 4- Have a Full class 1 Driver licence, OR be able to attain one within 3 months. 5- Have your own vehicle to get to work. 6- Must also be eager to upskill in the following: Forklift licence, First Aid, Health & Safety (Level 3), STMS Training and attaining Class 2 licence. 7- be drug free in order to pass random testing, as you will be driving the business vehicles.

Days of work
Monday – Friday 7.00am – 12.00pm or 9.00am - 2.00pm (must be able to start at least 1 day at 7.00am) (25 hours per week)
Pay Details
$23.70 - $30.00 (depending on experience)
