Do you have good Supervising Experience? A local employer is looking for an Orchard Site Supervisor with Supervising Experience

This is a hands on Supervisor role on local orchards from Papamoa to back of Te Puke areas. Will need to travel at different sites on a daily basis weekly rostered between Monday and Sunday

Must have good staff handling skills and an understanding of issues that can arise You will direct and coordinate the orchard workers -and ensure all work is completed timely & effectively to ensure company production goals are met

Completion and filing of Work Sheets- guide the workers with operational involvement as required Maintaining a safe working environment and practices for all workers Review tools and equipment regularly to ensure staff safety

**Transport will be provided from pick up points at either Papamoa or Te Puke

Job Requirements

3 years Relevant Experience in Retail or Service or Management or in Orchard Horticulture or Agriculture or Farming Industry

Irrespective of the Industry a Level 4 Relevant Qualifications in Management or Business or Arts or B Com or Economics or Agriculture required

Days of work
Will Be Required to Travel At Different Sites On Daily Basis, Weekly rostered between Monday to Sunday (30 hours per week)
