We are looking for candidates with some Upholstery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform upholstery work on a variety of furniture pieces, including sofas, chairs, and custom designs. Attach, secure, and finish materials using tools such as staple guns, and other hand tools. Repair and restore damaged or worn-out furniture to its original condition. Collaborate with the design teams to achieve desired prototypes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Upholsterer. Strong understanding of upholstery techniques, materials, and tools. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret design specifications. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and bending.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 1 year work experience as minimum training will be provided so you need to know the basics Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice check Must hold a valid NZ Driver License and have reliable transport
