About this job

You will be responsible for the preparation and creation of gelato, and pastry products. Checking the quality of ingredients and baked goods. Weighing ingredients, cooking, mixing and shaping pastry products. Monitoring of equipment, temperatures, allergy, and production schedules Using Effe gelato machine, decorating cakes, gelato and other pastry items .Making juice's, smoothies and breakfast bowls. Ordering of stock and supplies. Working to advised food safety and hygiene standards and processes.

Job Requirements

Intermediate experience required.

Days of work
Full-time position- rotating roster over 7 days - 5 shifts per week. (30 hours per week)
