Reputable employer based in Albany is looking for a Sales and Order Manager. If you are ready to embark on a journey and professional growth apply now! Responsibilities include - Answer inbound sales and product enquiries Confirming stock deliveries to maximize daily service revenue Accurate data entry if sales orders within 2 hours of order receipt. Follow through to order creation in SAP. Follow up outstanding and urgent orders Answer inbound calls on all product, ETA, order follow up, general pre-sales enquiries from end users, sales staff and retailers Superior product knowledge, keeping abreast of change in product line ups (End of Line, New Lines) by attending product training sessions and researching via website/Product brochures. Effective use of Esker (Order Entry System) and SAP to maximise efficiency in productivity. Participate in training sessions and skill assessments Possess sound working knowledge of Demand Forecasting tool in SAP to accurately respond to ETA’s and stock availability enquiries. Monitor stock availability and ensure incoming stock is allocated and dispatched in a timely manner in conjunction with our customers’ needs Understanding of and adherence to delivery lead time matrixes Results focused to achieve day to day KPIs and business objectives. Understanding of complete end to end sales process Build strong relationships with key internal departments and business partners e.g: Logistics, Credit Dept, Sales & Marketing and Sales Administrators. Understanding of complete end to end sales process

Qualifications & Experience

1 – 2 years of relevant experience, preferable within a fast pace and dynamic sales order desk environment.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – a clear, calm, well-spoken phone manner and ability to listen. With your naturally empathetic and resilient nature, you’ll be able to stay positive even when the pressure may be on. Computer literate with a strong eye for detail Up for the challenge of working to target and KPI’s adaptable and of course passionate about our customers!

Job Requirements
