About this job

Create and prepare a variety of curry dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards. Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, and supervise the stock to maintain an adequate supply of ingredients. Follow sanitation and safety procedures and ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the restaurant's management to develop new curry dishes and create daily specials. Manage and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and fryers, to ensure they are in good working condition. Manage inventory, order supplies, and track food costs to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and profitably.

Job Requirements

One year of relevant work experience cooking Indian food and desserts.
