• Develop and design an authentic Filipino Asian menu that showcases a variety of Filipino dishes, including traditional favorites and modern interpretations. • Prepare and cook Filipino dishes using traditional methods and techniques, ensuring consistency and quality. • Select and source high-quality, fresh, and authentic Filipino ingredients and products to maintain the authenticity of the cuisine. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control. • Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring that all dishes meet our restaurant's high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. • Continuously explore and create new dishes, bringing creativity and innovation to the Filipino Asian menu to keep it fresh and exciting. • Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen to ensure the safety and well-being of both customers and staff.

Job Requirements

High school / College,Certificates / Apprenticeships. Fluency both in English and Filipino are required
