Provide efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage services to all guests. • Actively sell special promotions and facilities within the hotel. • Anticipate and address problem areas and customer complaints. • Ensure that duties within a shift are completed in accordance with service and brand standards. • Stock taking • Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers. • Support the induction of new team members. • Actively support and participate in safe work practices following WHS policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role, within a restaurant or bar. • Well organised, self-driven, and passionate individual who enjoys working in a customer service environment. • A problem solver, who is able to remain calm under pressure. • Excellent communication skills and have the cultural awareness to manage a diverse workforce. • Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) OR the ability to obtain one. • Previous hotel experience would be advantageous.

Days of work
Working 5 days per week on a rotating 7 day roster, including after hours, weekends and public holidays. (30 hours per week)
