Local Invercargill sawmill are after up to 3 motivated and passionate individuals including a leader for our a new nightshift team. This team will support production flow and ensure our premium timber products continue to meet the highest standards.

The responsibilities of the team will include: - Machine set-up and operation - Attention to detail in inspecting and processing timber - A small amount of administrative tasks - Collaborating with the team to achieve production targets

Training will take place on the dayshift for 4-6 weeks with our experienced team. During this period, you'll learn the ins and outs of our processes and receive comprehensive training on all machinery and operations. After the comprehensive and supportive training period, the new collective team will move on to a nightshift working Monday-Friday.

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals who: - Are physically fit and have mechanical & technical aptitude - Are effective communicators and team players - Have proven reliability in previous employment - Are willing to learn and take on new challenges - Have their own reliable transport to our Kennington site

Must have a current CV with contactable references. All roles require passing pre-employment drug screening and ability to pass Police Checks if required.

Job Requirements

Must have minimum restricted license and own transport as located in Kennington. Must be fit and have CV and contactable references and MUST be able to pass a drug test! Forklift licence a bonus!
