First point of contact for all customer interaction via telephone, email or in person - Workflow management and job scheduling for our technicians - Customer, supplier and banking reconciliations in Xero - Front of office reception and general office administration - Taking responsibility for our advertising and social media marketing - Assisting with workplace health and safety management.

Job Requirements

The ability to multi-task and manage varied matters at the same time without dropping the ball - Have the ability to work well within a team and also to be responsible for own time-management and carry out duties without supervision - Have an excellent work ethic, initiative, attitude and a willingness to create and act upon new sales opportunities - Be well versed with technology including Microsoft Office, Adobe and media software - University degree or similar higher learning qualification - Minimum 3 years working experience - Health and safety workplace management - A willingness to help people and enjoy people interaction - A detailed understanding and experience of marketing and social media platforms - Keen to go the extra mile to deliver good old fashioned customer service - Be well organised and efficient - Comfortable working on a sole charge basis - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
