Day shift role as a Dry Mill Timber Processor with local sawmill. Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm with available overtime.

Duties involve working as part as a close-knit team to ensure the smooth running of the mill and to maximise production and quality. If you have previous sawmill or other relevant manufacturing experience, a fast learner and are willing to prove that you have what it takes to become an excellent sawmill operator then we want to hear from you.

Must be honest and reliable, have a good work ethic, must be able to work well within a team environment, motivated and enthusiastic to learn, physically fit, share our strong focus on health and safety, have some mechanical aptitude.

If you are an experienced fork lift driver please contact us today, as there is the opportunity for this role to be a mix of process support and fork lift driving for the right candidate - however experience operating a fork lift is not necessary for an application.

Must have own reliable transport. Must have contactable references.

All roles require passing pre-employment drug screening.

Job Requirements

You must have the below prerequisites to be considered for this role: • Must be physically fit. • Must have contactable references • Must have minimum restricted license and own transport as located in Kennington • hold New Zealand citizenship, New Zealand Permanent Residency. • MUST be able to pass a drug test! • Forklift licence a bonus! • You must be able to pass a police check, as part of the employment process.
