- Prepare a wide range of Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, breads, and desserts. - Follow traditional and modern recipes to ensure consistency and quality. - Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served at the correct temperature. - Monitor food stock and place orders as necessary. - Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. - Adhere to health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation regulations. - Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and timely preparation of meals. - Relay information about daily/weekly specials to the front staff to enhance guest experience. - Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences.

• Good knowledge of Indian cuisine is highly advantageous • Available to work on weekends, and late evenings • Team worker • Good with managing time. • Multi-tasker • Hardworking and committed • Attention to detail
