Efficiently supervising the staff members during the shift, and also helping them with their queries off shift hours. Communicate with customers and address their grievances or needs, if any. Counting the inventors and supplies on a regular basis. Preparing the pizzas and packing them for delivery purposes. ensure that the store is clean and tidy at all times. ensure all staff members perform their activities as per health and company standards. cash management and reconciliation to be done each day. suggest promotional and discount strategies to the management in order to increase profit and customer reach. suggest sales training programs and techniques. ensure that the items old at the store are adequately priced. Interview, hire and train staff members in order to align them towards business goals. preparing and organising the shifts/work schedules for staff members.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 12 months of relevant experience (preferably within the same industry) or relevant 7 qualifications. You will be rostered to work between Monday to Sunday between the hours of 10am until 11pm. Available to work on weekends. Available to work for late evening shifts. Physically fit, to stand for longer duration. Hardworking and passionate. leadership skills. peoples person.

Days of work
Operating Monday to Sunday to Thursday from 10am to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday, 11am to 12pm, rostered shifts. (30 hours per week)
