Supervise efficient working of FOH and BOH teams; Oversee kitchen staff’s compliance; Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation; Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies; Maintain inventory of all needed supplies; Hire and train new employees; Maintain personal records, schedules, and reports for all employees; Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service; Respond to customer complaints quickly; Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction; Resolve staff grievances together with director Coordinate with director for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records

Job Requirements

Able to work a rotating roster.

Days of work
Monday to Sunday rotating roster; Roster between 1:30PM to 11:30PM (30 hours per week)
