We're looking for a part time Administrator / Receptionist Superstar at our Mosgiel clinic.The role itself is a mix of Customer Service/Reception, administration and some retail as we sell footwear and socks from our clinic. As we are a health business you need to be aware that you may see some ‘interesting feet’ both in photo form and in the flesh. Duties include (but not limited to) Meeting and Greeting, Telephone and Email correspondence, Booking Appointments, Managing Diaries/Emails and Planning clinic sessions away from Mosgiel. Liaising with rest homes and other clinic locations, taking payments and reconciling Eftpos payments from our other sites. If you have Customer Service, Receptionist or Administration experience then APPLY NOW!!!

Job Requirements

- Attention to detail. - Must have a MS office,Word and Excel knowledge. - Able to pass Ministry of Justice (MOJ) checks. - Customer Service, Receptionist or Administration experience is preferable.

Days of work
Mon-Fri 12:15pm-5:15pm (potentially extra hours on Thursday) Saturday 9am - 1pm (25 hours per week)
