Restaurant Manager to support operations by maintaining budgets, facilities, records, and building services. Duties includes: Prepares and monitors budget by gathering and organizing financial information; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; implementing corrective actions. Planning and organising special function. Maintains facilities and supervising building maintenance. Maintains records by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records. Maintains Restaurant standard in customer service, conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service. Maintains standard of hygiene along with personal hygiene of worker. Communicating and coordinating staff and provide training. Plan menu and food costing with Head Chef. Update your job knowledge and help other staff to promote the restaurant.
