You will use your professional but personalised approach to offer prompt and knowledgeable customer experiences through looking after all reservations queries and support the Reservation and Commercial department in achieving targets. This position is vital to the sales, marketing and revenue function by providing current, accurate information on both the internal reservation situation and the external climate with which the hotel operates. Ensure that administrative responsibilities are completed efficiently. Record and process guest reservations. Support the revenue and sales teams in bookings management. Actively contribute towards revenue generation and support the department in achieving goals. Build strong relationships with clients to provide a seamless reservations experience to our guests.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years' experience in Reservations or Front Office with a strong understanding of hotel operations. Strong administration & computer skills, you will work well as part of a team. Previous experience working in a hotel environment and experience using a property management system such as Opera Confidence in your communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and colleagues. Have strong English speaking and writing, relevant qualification ie: NZQA of Level 4 or higher.
