Build effective working relationships with the department managers and individual employees. Ensure product merchandising standards in the departments consistently provide an attractive shopping experience for the customers, meet established criteria and contribute to the overall impact and consistency of the store increasing the basket purchase size and share per customer. Actively promote high quality customer service ensuring that staff present themselves professionally to store guidelines. Ensure regulatory compliance across the departments in all areas relating to regulatory impact, including but not limited to compliance with store policies, the HACCP Program and Health and Safety program. Ensuring the safety behavior of all staff, especially new, inexperienced and temporary staff, as well as contractors, and they are properly managed through effective supervision, recruit and motivate the right people. Training of staff and development set and uphold standards of product, service and behavior This role includes 1 weekend shift.

Job Requirements

A Forklift licence is essential. Must have LCQ/Duty Managers licence and experience in running teams of people, ideally in a busy community supermarket. You will be computer literate as administration needed, physically fit as will be required to load and unload products up to 25 kg .

Monday 8am-4pm, Tues, Wed & Thursdays 12.00-9pm, Fri & Sat off, Sunday 12.00-9pm. (41.5 hours per week)
