Ensuring that the food and beverage team are all communicated with effectively, from both the kitchen in briefings, as well as Front Office Duty Managers. -Ensuring all cash ups are accurate and handovers are completed to a high standard. -Adhering to and executing the set sequence of service at all times -Leading team members through service in a polished and well organised manner -Ensure all health and safety requirements are met for the food and beverage department - Execute all conference, events, or private dining bookings as required -Process payments and guest accounts accurately -Train new team members as required.

Job Requirements

-At least two years' experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably in a hotel environment. -Have a Liquor Controller Qualification is preferable but not essential high standards of personal presentation excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Be self-motivated and dependable with the ability to adapt and problem solve on shift when obstacles or changes arise. -Must be able to work morning, evening shifts and be able to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Days of work
We operate a 7-day rotating roster, Generally the shifts are 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm (40 hours per week)
