Indian Restaurant located in Remuera requires cook who is passionate and can prepare high quality South and North Indian Cuisine. Duties Include: Proficiency in operating and updating a Food Control Plan, Thorough understanding of South and North Indian cooking methods, ingredient utilization, and kitchen procedures, Ability to collaborate effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams, Strong organizational skills, including the ability to anticipate preparation levels during peak service period, Capacity to follow instructions from management and execute food preparation and service to our standards, Dedication to maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen environment and adhering to food safety protocols, Awareness of current promotions and menu offerings and Commitment to fostering a positive team environment as well as providing assistance to colleagues as needed. Job Requirements

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Indian restaurant, coupled with relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts.
