• Manage assigned suppliers to a specific delivery window, ensuring they deliver to the appropriate distribution centre without delaying the pick-and-pack operation. • Continuous communication with critical and strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Ordering within Budget and having back-up plans when necessary. • Perform category management including incident reactive buying, supplier relationship management, and performance and risk management. • Establish, maintain, and build relationships with assigned suppliers. • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of respective supply markets, competitors, and product innovations. • Provide issue resolution for supplier service and quality issues. • Help build competition and backup supply options for high-spend ingredients. • Address supplier issues to ensure the highest level of service. • Develop best procurement practices to best manage assigned suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Have a relevant qualification gained at a Diploma/ degree level in business/ retail/ management OR experience in the relevant industry is required • Prior purchasing or category experience in a similar role is strongly preferred

Days of work
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (40 hours per week)
Pay Details
$70,000.00 to 80,000
