Haumaru Taiao – Mid North Family Harm tepu; Full Time Administrator required in Kaikohe area. You will be required to provide professional administration and support, enabling high quality delivery to registered family harm agencies within the Mid North. The successful candidate will be arranging all aspects of meetings including agendas, coordination of equipment, room bookings, catering and minute taking. Establish and maintain professional relationships with relevant family harm organisations/agencies. Maintaining a professional relationship with Police around obtaining, providing, securing, and reporting sensitive information. Maintain effective administrative systems and processes. Administer quotes, purchase orders, and invoices as required. Also, other administrative duties that are critical to support operations. You must have the ability to relate to people at all levels and demonstrate active listening skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having a high level of initiative and professionalism, being able to problem solve and having excellent communication skills.

To be successful, candidates must have a high level of confidentiality. Full class 1 licence required. You will also need to have an updated CV and a cover letter, and be able to pass a police check as well as a drug test.
