As the Duty Manager of The Grand by SkyCity you will find yourself working amongst our close knit front office teams and will be responsible for ensuring every guest experience is exceptional by overseeing and supervising the day to day operations of the front desk.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated hotel professional who is proactive and confident with a friendly personality. A minimum of 3 years front office large five star hotel experience essential along with at least 1 years experience leading a team. As this role will cover all shifts including night audit there is a requirement of knowledge of financial management including budgeting, cost control and P&L's. You will have a high level of commitment to providing a professional and memorable guest experience to all our valued customers.

With a strong ability to multi task and great attention to detail you will thrive in this role. You must possess excellent English language skills, with a secondary language being advantageous.

Days of work
TBA - Must be flexible for rostered shifts - Weekend work is required. (40 hours per week)
