Prominent plumbing company is seeking a Distribution Support Coordinator for their central Distribution Centre in Penrose services our Auckland metropolitan, regional and national customers with hundreds of deliveries of our plumbing products every day. We have an exciting opportunity for a resourceful and experienced customer support/coordinator to join our Distribution Support Team at our Distribution centre. You’ll play an integral role providing centralised distribution support services for our internal customers. Day to day you will be processing the sales, dealing with customer enquiries, chasing up stock, coordinating orders, pick/packing and overseeing inventory control. You will be part of Distribution Support team of 3 where you will work closely and support your colleagues with other duties including online sales when need be. This is a fulltime permanent role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday 8 hours a day. This role is currently based in Penrose; however, the distribution centre will be relocating to a new leading-edge site in Mangere in August this year. About you: Your communication and relationship skills will prove invaluable, as you collaborate with internal and external customers, and show a robust ‘team player’ attitude. A strong work ethic is essential, and your key strengths will be your efficiency, attention to detail, organisation skills and excellent written English.
