Manukau based organisation is looking for a National Contact Centre Manager to join their team.

In this role you will be monitoring and managing the organisations crisis service line. This will include, but is not limited to: -monitoring crisis services -crisis line volunteer recruitment, office administration & maintenance -client database management -reporting & auditing

The ideal candidate will have domestic violence crisis intervention experience either from face to face, over the phone or managing. A bachelors degree from a related field is also required which could be psychology, counselling or social studies.

Job Requirements

A full licence and your own transport is required as you will occasionally need to travel to different centres. Have domestic violence crisis intervention experience (face to face, over the phone or managing etc). A degree from a related field (psychology, counselling or social studies). Have no criminal convictions.

Days of work
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Due to the nature of the role after hours and weekend support will occasionally be needed. (35 hours per week)

$60,000 - $65,000 (dependent on experience)
