We are seeking bright, bubbly customer focused candidates to fill their fulltime Call Centre Customer Service position.

Duties will include but are not limited to answering and transferring phone or mobile calls, managing and scheduling appointments, relaying messages or call backs via SMS txt and email. Experience in a contact centre environment would be advantageous however full training is provided.

Open 24 hours 7 days a week, the shift currently available is 3:00pm - 11:00pm with Sunday and Tuesday off. If you can type 35 words per minute, have good communication skills and attention to detail, have your own reliable transport to get to work safely at night and a smile in your voice then apply today!

Job Requirements

1- be able to type accurately at min of 35 words per minute. 2- be able to work the stated hours. 3- have reliable transport to get to CBD - so driving your own vehicle with a Full driver licence is highly recommended for safety for night shifts. 4- be drug free and able to pass random testing. 5- any convictions to be disclosed and will be considered on a case by case basis.
