Some full-time roles have arisen as a Call Centre Operator for a local security firm. The role involves; • Answering in-bound phone calls from our Customers, Alarm Technicians, Security Guards and more • Calling Customers about alarm activations, fault conditions and more • Dispatching Guards, Police, Fire and Ambulance to attend alarm activations • Write reports on each event • Telephone Answering Service You will need to have a • Clean Criminal Record • Solid Reading, Writing and Listening Skills • Great Telephone Manner • Some Computer Skills • Ability to work 24/7 roster when required The role involves covering for annual and sick leave so you must be flexible and available to work. Excellent communication skills. Above average computer skills and be able to type at least 30 words per minute. Able to provide excellent customer service. Must be able to pass a Police check. Idealy need to be able to commit to working nights and weekends
