A Wellington business is looking for an an experienced, enthusiastic, and proactive Information Management advisor with a broad range of experience to join their team.
Duties include: • Configuration of our EDMS to support staff needs or organisational changes. • Delivering training on how to use our information systems. • Supporting business requests to search for historical information. • Cataloguing records in preparation for destruction / information disposal.

• An experienced and innovative information management advisor, who can influence in a confident manner, and be willing to challenge how we do things and promote improvements in ways that benefit our internal customers. • Be aware of emerging trends in data and information management and be willing to share your knowledge and experience. • Have a good understanding of the Public Records Act 2005 and other legislation and standards relating to the management of information and data. • Have proven yourself as someone who enjoys delivering service from the lens of a customer. • A Bachelor's degree qualification. • Able to pass a pre employment MOJ check and drug test.
