• Experience in Communications with media risk, public relations, and government. • Bachelor’s degree qualification • High level of computer literacy in an ambiguous environment. • Service driven, to establish and maintain sound processes and systems, and respond quickly to complex issues. • Proactive and effective management of internal and external relationships, conscious of organisational reputation. • Strategic, conceptual thinker, intuitive, generate creative and practical ideas and solutions to problems. • Risk assessment, mitigation and opportunity identification. • Incisive decision making and good judgement. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills for all levels and complexities. • Flexible and adaptive to changing needs. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment MOJ check and drug test.
