Local company is looking for an office and sales administrator We have an opening within the Auckland Branch for an Office + Sales Administrator, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager however your role will be to provide support to the overall team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow the role, with career progression opportunity. We are looking for candidates with experience in an administrative capacity within transport/warehousing/logistics/supply chain.

A key initial focus in this space will be collating reporting for Finance and creating proposals for the Sales Team where accuracy is paramount. You’ll be joining a great team who will offer support and development, although we do need someone with a good level of experience already under their belt in the administrative and logistics field. You’ll be an administrative whiz and a great all-rounder who enjoys variety, keeping a tidy ship, and working closely with other people.

Key traits and skills will include;

Organisation Communication Report writing and compilation A detailed and accuracy focused approach IT/systems including Microsoft Office, CRM, WMS + TMS Working on administrative improvements Understanding of warehousing/logistics Creating and formatting proposals If you think you have what it takes please email raewyn.ballantine001@msd.govt.nz along with an updated c.v and current references.

Job Requirements

Able to pass a security and drug check. Full drivers licence. Able to think on their feet, good problem solving ability. Administration experience in a similar role.
