About this job
A utilities company is seeking fulltime Customer Services Representatives to join their call centre team. The duties will include receiving customer calls, problem solving, checking customers are receiving the best deals, and computer work. Full training on the company in-house system will be provided. Suitable applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills and keyboard skills. The call centre hours are 7am - 7pm. The company does not use scripts, looking for positive human interaction with their customers.
A great attitude, keyboard skills, good customer service / conversational skills, previous customer service experience advantageous . If successful the first 8 weeks will involve training, fulltime Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
