Customer Service Representative

A local business based in Greerton are looking for part- time staff members 16 hours per week to join their team to work in the booth who can provide a great Customer Service experience. Your role is to greet and liaise with customers, checking them into the yard, collect an entry fee, provide customers with a MAP of the yard showing where the vehicle of interest is located and ensure customers understand how the yard works. Cash handling experience is preferred. Check tools, toolboxes and transact sales as they leave. Cash handling and good customer service manner is required. Pick A Part is self-service auto dismantling and key to your role is to be able to identify the parts customers are purchasing to transact the sale. Available for any other yard duties as directed by the yard manager. Must be reliable, available to work 1 day during the week and 1 day on the weekend. Must be fit, heavy lifting involved- Car tyres. Must have have a good level of English to be able to communicate effectively with customers.
