About this job

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Leader to join the leadership team of a busy Greytown Establishment. Working in a boutique hotel with 13 guest rooms, onsite restaurant and bars. You will be available to work Sunday – Thursday, be shift manager for a team of 4-10 waitstaff (on some shifts), work in the range of dining and drinking spaces, work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service, make coffee, cocktails and serve our selection of local wines, beer and food, assist with in-house guests (check ins / outs and respond to email and email phone bookings etc), assist with training and people and developing our systems. Job Requirements

You will have at least 6 months experience and love the hospitality industry, strong leadership and communication skills and are keen for growth and development. You must be at least 20 years old (as Duty Managers Certificate is required for the role). We would help the right candidate get their DM Certificate.
