About this job

We’re looking for a Sales and Dispatch Support Specialist to work for one of our clients full-time, this position is based near the airport, and will be a temp to permanent position.

Responsibilities: • Pack wrapping and docking. • Supporting production scheduling. • Reconciling orders. • Generating stocklists. • Operating forklifts. • Loading trucks and containers. • Handling dispatch documentation. • Providing excellent customer support.

This position is a hands-on role, you must be able to multi-task, have good written and verbal communication skills, hold an F endorsement, and have a current OSH cert.

You will need to have computer skills with basic skills in Excel and email, have good time management skills with strong attention to detail, there are career progression opportunities available, so a hunger to grow and be successful in this position is a must.

Job Requirements

- A full drivers license with an F endorsement - a current OSH cert - reliable transport - References - computer skills (excel and email) - pass a pre-employment drug test - disclose any criminal convictions
